4 qt. Tomatoes, peeled (or juiced)
4 large Bell Peppers, chopped
4 large Onions, chopped
4 cloves Garlic, chopped
4 Jalapenos, finely chopped or 1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1/4 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Vinegar
1/4 cup Salt

In a large stock pot, combine tomatoes, bell pepper, onions, garlic, and jalapenos. Add in sugar, vinegar, and salt. Simmer for 2 hours . Fill clean sterilized jars and seal. (I put them in a hot oven at 325º for 10 minutes as an alternative to water bath canning).
