Mix ingredients for meatloaf. Shape into 1-2 inch balls. Put on baking sheet ( or broiler pan if meat is not lean, to drain away grease). Bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees or until nicely browned. Put into a simmering pot to keep warm. (Meats need to stay heated on the appetizer table).

-You can serve as is with toothpicks.
-Serve with your favorite BBQ or Tiger sauce over them.
-Make glaze sauce of 1 (10 oz.) jar of grape jelly and 1 (12 oz.) bottle of chili sauce.
-Make glaze of 1 can of whole berry cranberry sauce and 1 pint of Ragu spaghetti sauce.
-Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup parmesan cheese to meat when mixing.
