1 14 oz. package smoked sausage, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 16 oz. package hickory smoked bacon, each slice cut into thirds

SAUCE:
1/2 cups orange marmalade
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Wrap each sausage piece with bacon pieces; secure with wooden toothpick and place on broiler rack. Bake for 15-20 minutes per side until bacon is brown and crispy. Remove from oven and drain sausage bites on paper towels.
*Sometimes I even use little smokies sausages and after I wrap with bacon I put a little brown sugar on top before cooking.
