2 lbs sausages
1¼ c. Ketchup
¼ c. Dark brown sugar
1 T. Soy sauce
1 T. Fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 15 oz. Can pineapple chunks.

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan combine, ketchup, sugar, soy sauce and lemon juice. Cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes.Stir in sausages and pineapple chunks and serve in a chafing dish or crock pot. Some people drain the juice from the pineapple, but I usually leave most of the juice. It keeps them from drying out if they are held for periods of time in the chafing dish. It works either way.
