1 can bean dip
Guacamole (I use packaged guacamole from Trader Joe’s)
Small carton of sour cream
Taco Sauce
1 medium chopped tomatoes
8 ounce package of Mexican cheese
Sliced black olives if desired

Tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Spread bean dip on a plate or platter. Layer guacamole & then sour cream over
bean dip. Cover with Taco sauce & then chopped tomatoes. Cover with Mexican cheese & olives if using. Serve with tortilla chips.

This recipe can be doubled for a larger group. It is delicious & leftovers can be kept in the refrigerator for a couple of days if covered well. Be sure to cover guacamole completely to avoid it changing color.
