Thinly sliced red or sweet onion
Mayo
Romano or Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Spread mayo on each bread slice. Top with very thinly sliced onion & then with Romano or Parmesan cheese. Bake in 400 degree preheated oven until lightly browned.
