1 dozen eggs hard boiled
onion salt
garlic salt
salt and pepper
mayonaise
tad of yellow mustard
Optional: minced pickles or olives
capres for tops

Directions:
Directions:
Peel boiled eggs and let cool a bit.
Slice eggs lengthwise and remove yolks and place in bowl.
Add mayo, mustard and all seasonings in bowl and mix up well with fork.
Keep tasting mixture and adjust seasonings to your taste.
Mixture should be the a little softer than peanut butter.
Fill each egg half with mixture and refrigerate to chill.
You may top with paprika for Tati's favorite capers.
