1 C. Sugar
1 C. White corn syrup
1 ½ C. peanut butter
6 C. Rice Krispies
1 C. chocolate chips
1 C. butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
Bring sugar and syrup to boil in a large saucepan. Cook for 30 seconds. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and Rice Krispies and mix well. Press Rice Krispies mixture into a buttered 9x13 pan. Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in a double broiler or microwave. Mix together and spread over bars.

Be sure to let the chocolate frosting cool before cutting the Scotcheroos into bars. This recipe was a special request from Kole!
