1 C. dried cranberries
¼ C. orange juice
1 ½ C. flour
1 ½ C. quick cooking oats
1 tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
1 ½ sticks butter- softened
1 ½ C. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 C. chocolate chips
½ - 1 C. chopped pecans

Directions:
Combine cranberries and orange juice in microwaveable bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds. Let stand for 10 minutes. Combine flour, oats, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and set aside. Beat butter and brown sugar in a large bowl on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating until well blended after each addition. Add the flour and oat mixture. Stir in the cranberry mixture, chocolate chips, and pecans. Spread dough into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 20-22 minutes at 350 degrees or until the center is set. Cool completely before cutting.
