Base:

½ C. butter – softened
½ C. sugar
½ C. brown sugar
1 egg
1/3 C. peanut butter
½ tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C. flour
1 C. quick cooking oats


Topping:

1 C. chocolate chips
½ C. confectioners’ sugar
¼ C. peanut butter
2 - 4 T. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the base ingredients together. Spread the base mixture into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes but watch closely so base doesn’t dry out. Take the base out of the oven. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top and let it stand for 5 minutes. Spread the melted chips over the base. Mix the confectioners’ sugar, peanut butter, and milk for the topping and drizzle it over the chocolate.
