Crust:

1 C. butter – melted
1 C. confectioners’ sugar
2 C. flour


Filling:

3 C. sugar
6 eggs
½ C. lemon juice
3 T. lemon zest
1 C. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the butter with the confectioners’ sugar for 2-3 minutes and until it is light and fluffy. Stir in the flour. Press the mixture evenly into a 9x13 greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Make the filling by beating the eggs together and adding the sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and flour. Pour batter over the crust and bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool and then sift the confectioners’ sugar over the top. Refrigerate until ready to serve and cut into bars.
