1 ¼ C. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 C. butter – softened
¼ C. sugar
¾ C. brown sugar
1 package instant vanilla pudding
2 eggs
2 ¼ C. quick-cooking rolled oats
½ - 1 C. raisins

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix the flour and baking soda. In a separate large bowl, beat the butter and sugar, brown sugar, and pudding until creamy. Beat in the eggs. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in the oats and raisins. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls about two inches apart onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

You can also roll the dough into a long roll and wrap it with wax paper. The dough can then be frozen. When ready to bake, thaw and slice.
