1 C. and 1 T. butter - softened
¾ C. brown sugar
½ C. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1 ¾ C. flour
2 ½ C. quick oats
¾ C. chocolate chunks or chocolate chips
¾ C. plain M & M’s
1 C. chopped pecans

Directions:

Beat the butter and sugars in a bowl on medium speed until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, vanilla, baking soda, and salt. Beat in flour on low speed. Stir in the oats and ½ cup of the chocolate chunks, ½ cup of the M & M’s, and ¾ cup of the pecans. Use a small cookie dough scooper and place the dough 1-inch apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Stick the remaining pecans, chocolate chunks, and M & M’s onto the tops of the cookies. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool one minute on the baking sheet and then remove to a wire rack to cool.
