2 qts strawberries
7cups sugar
1 package Sure Jell pectin

1. Wash, de-stem, and slice strawberries. Mix in pectin and bring to a boil.
2. Add sugar once boiling, return to boil and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and skim off foam.
3. Pour jam into clean pint jars, leaving ½" headspace. Process in water bath for 10min (adjust for altitude).
