1 Pkg. Old Dutch Puff Corn
1 Cup butter (Not Margerine)
1¼ Cups brown sugar
⅔ Cup light corn syrup
1 Tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, combine butter, sugar and corn syrup. Cook on medium heat til mixture is melted and combined well. Add baking soda. (This will cause the mixture to foam.)

Pour package of puffcorn in a large roaster pan. Pour caramel mixture over the puffcorn and stir until puffcorn is covered well. Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every 10 to 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and pour on wax paper. Immediately break pieces apart. Let cool and store in airtight container.
