¾1 lb. Shrimp (no tails)
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp butter
4 Cloves of minced garlic
¼ Cup chicken broth
10 oz. cherry tomatoes, cut in half
2 Cups baby spinach
¼ Cup white wine
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put oil and butter in skillet, add garlic broth and tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes are very soft. Add wine and spinach and shrimp. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until spinach and shrimp are done. Cook 8 oz. linguini pasta and drain. Toss pasta and shrimp together. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
