12 medium potatoes, cooked
1 package cream cheese
¼ C. butter or margarine
½ C. dairy sour cream
½ C. milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
¼ C. minced onions
1 t. salt
Dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mash hot potatoes in a large mixing bowl. Add cream cheese and butter in small pieces. Beat until both are melted and completely absorbed. Blend in sour cream. Combine eggs, milk and onion and add, with seasoning. Beat until light and fluffy. Turn into a greased 9-inch round casserole and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes, until lightly browned on top.
