1 can creamed corn
1 can whole corn/undrained
1 C. sour cream
1 stick butter/melted
1 egg/slightly beaten
1 Box Jiffy corn bread mix
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Bake at 350º for approx. 1 hour in 8x8 greased baking dish, till golden brown.
