4 quarts water
4 chicken breasts ( 2 lbs.)
3 tsp salt
8 large carrots (8 cups)
6 stalks celery
16oz Country Pasta homemade style egg pasta
2 medium onions
2 tsp garlic powder
2 cans cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
in a stock pot combine water, chicken, celery, onions and seasonings
bring to a boil. Cook 40 minutes. Remove from heat, pour broth through
a strainer. Put clear broth back on the stove. Bring broth to a boil, add
noodles, cook 10 minutes. Add carrots and cut up chicken to broth and
noodles .Cook 20 more minutes or until noodles and carrots are tender.
Add 2 cans of soup. Add chicken soup base if needed. Serve plain or
over mashed potatoes.
