5 lbs new red potatoes
1 quart Best Food Mayonnaise
6 hard boiled eggs (reserve one for garnish)
1/4 c mustard
1 tsp MSG
1 large onion finely chopped
1/4 c sugar
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Wash and steam potatoes over medium heat. Chill potatoes 4-6 hours or
overnight. Peel potatoes and cut into 1/2" - 1" cubes. Finely chop onions.
peel and chop eggs. Layer potatoes, onions and eggs salting and
peppering each layer.
In a separate bowl combine, mayo, mustard, MSG and sugar. Test for
flavor, it should be strong. Add dressing to potatoes. The salad should
have plenty of dressing as the potatoes will absorb it. Cover and Chill.
Garnish with sliced egg and paprika.

me years to duplicate her recipe, as she would just show me how it was
done. The secret is steaming the potatoes, I use my vegetable steamer,
and using Best Foods Mayonnaise.
