2 1/2 c whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp. gloves
2 1/4 c white flour
6 eggs
4 cups white sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup applesauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups chocolate chips
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup chopped pecans

1. Preheat oven to 350º. Spray muffin tins with Pam.
2. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl mix eggs,
pumpkin and applesauce until smooth. Add this mixture to the dry
ingredients and stir until thoroughly mixed to make a smooth batter.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
3.Bake medium muffins 18 minutes, Large muffins 30 minutes and small
muffins 10 minutes.
