4 cups flour
2 1/2 c hot tap water
1/3 cup powdered milk
1/2 c canola or vegetable oil
2 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 T instant yeast
3 c additional flour
1/2c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Bread Sticks: divide dough in half, roll on a greased surface into a
rectangle, place dough on a lightly greased jelly roll pan or large cookie
sheet. Brush with softened butter, top with fresh Parmesan, salad
supreme, sesame seeds or sugar and cinnamon. Using a pizza cutter,
cut vertically into 1 1/2" wide bread sticks. Cut in half horizontally. Rise
for 15 - 30 minutes. ( Place onto of a pan of simmering water to raise
quicker). Bake 350 for 15 minutes. Do not over bake.
