2 Cups Yellow Rice
1 Stick Butter
1 Can Corn, drained
1 Can Mexican Corn, drained
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 1/2 Cups Shredded Cheddar
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar for top

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice first per package.
Add all other ingredients (except for the 1/2 cup cheddar for top) in a large bowl.
Mix well.
If it seems too dry you could add a splash of milk.
Pour into a buttered casserole dish and sprinkle the 1/2 cup cheddar on top.
Bake in 375° oven for approximately 30 minutes until bubbly.
