One rotisserie chicken.
1/2 sweet onion.
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 red bell pepper.
One small, can chopped green chilies.
Two cans white chili beans.
4 cups chicken broth.
One 1.2 oz McCormick’s white chicken chili seasoning packet.

Directions:
Directions:
Remove all skin and bones from chicken chop meat into cubes. Save any juice from the chicken.
Chopped up onion and bell peppers.
Drain and rinse white chili beans.
Open green chilies, but do not drain.
Put all items in a heavy pot along with the seasoning packet. Simmer on low for 30 minutes.
Make a slurry with cornstarch and water to thicken.
Serve with Fritos, shredded cheese, sour cream, and chopped green onions.
