Vegetables:

1 15 oz. can kidney beans
1 15 oz. can garbanzo beans (or white or cannellini)
1 15 oz. can corn kernels
1 15 oz. can cut green beans (NOT french cut!)
½ one red bell pepper, diced
½ one cucumber or two minis, diced
1/3-1/2 one red onion, diced or thinly sliced

Dressing:

2-3 tbl. vegetable oil (careful, not too much)
2-3 tbl. seasoned rice vinegar
2-3 tbl. lemon pepper
(all above to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and rinse all the beans and corn. Mix everything in a large bowl. Add the dressing, to taste. Refrigerate at least 1/2 an hour to blend flavors. That's it.

As with most of my recipes, the fresh vegetables are to taste. Add more or less as desired.
