1 lb Kielbasa
2 Russet Potatoes
1 10 oz can Cream of Mushroom or Chicken Soup
1 can of Milk (using soup can)
1 can of Cheddar Cheese Soup or 2 handfuls grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
To the crockpot or instant pot add the kielbasa cut into bite size pieces. Peel and slice ot cut potatoes to desired size. Add in soups and milk. Cook on low 8 to 10 hrs or high half that time.

Optional to add onion if desired. Or switch from fresh potatoes to use frozen hashbrowns or O'Brien potatoes.
