1 baked 9 inch pastry shell, baked
1 cup soft butter
1 ½ cups sugar
½ cup cocoa
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Make your own crust for a single pie or purchase a frozen one, bake and cool completely. Beat together butter and sugar well. Add cocoa and vanilla, beat well. Add eggs one at a time beating after each addition. Pour into pie shell and chill several hours before serving.
