2 cups flour
14 tablespoons shortening
Dash of salt
1 teaspoon sugar
4 tablespoon ice cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour with salt and sugar. Add shortening and cut in until mixture is crumbly about the size of a pea. Add water one tablespoon at a time and stir with fork only until mixture still crumbly. Dump onto plastic wrap and using edges of wrap to fold in and bring crumbs together. Refrigerate until use.
