1 6-ounce box of orange Jello
2 ½ cups boiling water
2 11-ounce cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 8-ounce can crushed pineapple, not drained
1 6-ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

Topping:
1 8-ounce cream cheese, softened
1 cup cold milk
1 box 3.4-ounce instant vanilla pudding
Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Dissolve Jello in boiling water in a bowl. Stir in oranges, pineapple and orange juice concentrate. Pour into pan and refrigerate until firm. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy. Gradually add milk and pudding mix, beat until smooth. Spread over orange layer. Chill until firm.
