2 lbs 1/2 to 3/4 inch Veal Round
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 Cup Corn Flakes Crumbs
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
2 TBSP Water
6 TBSP Fat
1 Cup Milk
1 - 10 1/2 or 11 oz Can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup

Preheat oven to 300º. Cut veal into 6 pieces and season with salt & pepper. Dip into crumbs, then into egg mixture (eggs and water) and again in crumbs. Heat up a pan with the fat. Place breaded veal pieces in the hot fat. Cook until golden brown. Place in a baking dish. Mix soup and milk together and pour over the veal pieces. Bake covered for 1 hour or until tender.
