1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup assorted toppings (e.g., pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick and cut into squares (4×4 inches).
Place a generous amount of mozzarella cheese and desired toppings on one half of each square.
Fold over the other half of the square, pressing edges firmly with a fork to seal.
Brush each pocket with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
