4-6 pork chops
6 oz. stuffing mix
21 oz. apple pie filling
2 - 3 c. chicken broth
½ c. dried cranberries (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
pinch of apple pie spice
2 T. butter
oil for trying pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Season each side of pork chops with salt, pepper, and apple pie spice. Pan sear in a small amount of oil, browning each side.
Note: pork will not be cooked through
In a bowl moisten stuffing mix with chicken broth. If desired add dried cranberries.
Use the amount of chicken broth to desired moisture of stuffing.
In a well greased baking dish layer stuffing on bottom, pork chop, and apple pie filing over top. Dot with butter and bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
