12 c. flour
5 tsp. salt
½ c. potato flakes
½ honey
1 cube butter or margarine
2 c. milk
2 c. water (warm)
2 pkg. yeast (2 tbsp.)
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine yeast and warm water.

Scald milk and while it is cooling, add salt, potato flakes, honey, and butter. When this mixture has cooled to lukewarm, add yeast and about 6 c. flour. Knead in remainder of flour.

Let rise in a greased bowl until double in bulk. Punch down, let double in pans.

Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes.
