12 ounces cream cheese
½ cup sugar
2 eggs
¾ teaspoon vanilla

Topping:
1 cup sour cream
½ teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup sugar
Cherries, sliced or strawberry preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Prepare cupcake tin by spraying with cooking spray. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition, add vanilla. Beat until smooth and creamy. Fill cupcake cavities ⅔ full. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool 10 minutes (will cave in slightly). For topping, mix sour cream, vanilla and sugar well. Spoon 1/2 teaspoon topping onto each cupcake. Dot with preserves or sliced cherries. Return to oven and bake 10 additional minutes.
