4 medium boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1½ pounds total)
2 tbsp. olive oil
½ c. snipped fresh basil
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Place chicken in a resealable plastic bag set in a shallow dish. For marinade, in a bowl combine olive oil, basil, lemon, salt and pepper. Pour marinade over chicken, seal bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours, turning once. Drain chicken, reserving marinade.

For a charcoal grill, grill chicken on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium coals for 12 to 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink (170ºF), turning halfway through grilling.
For a gas grill, preheat grill. Reduce heat to medium. Place chicken on grill rack over heat. Cover and grill as above. Brush with reserved marinate during the last 5 minutes of grilling.

Serve with lemon and Feta Orzo salad
