4 chicken breasts- boiled and chopped into bite size pieces
2 cans cream of chicken, OR cream of celery OR cream of mushroom soup
2 cans Rotel
1 package corn tortillas- cut into quarters
1 large block Monterey Jack (Plus more cheese for topping)
Directions:
Directions:
Layer in 9x13 pan
-Corn tortillas
-1/2 chicken
-1/2 cheese
-1 can soup
-1 can Rotel

REPEAT
I top with more cheese

Cover with foil

Bake 400° for 20 minutes

Serve with sour cream, sliced avocado
