1 ½ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ cup margarine + 2 tablespoons, cold
6 bananas
1 8-ounce cream cheese
2 8-ounce tubs Cool Whip
1 cup powdered sugar
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Whisk flour with baking powder. Add margarine and mix like pie crust. Pat into bottom of pan and bake for 12 minutes until light brown. Allow to cool to room temperature. Slice bananas and place in crust. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, mix in cool whip and powdered sugar and spread on top of bananas. Beat vanilla pudding with milk until slightly thick and spread on cream cheese layer. Top with cool whip, refrigerate.
