Directions:
Crust: Mix together all dry ingredients together and add lard using hands or pastry cutter to cut in until it looks like small pebbles. Using a 2/3 measuring cup, put in one egg yolk and enough water to measure 2/3. Add to dry mixture and mix with fork until it comes together. Turn out on board and shape into ball, cut in half and roll out and place in pie pan.

Preheat oven to 400º. Mix Wheaties and apples and place in pie crust. Mix cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle over apples. Roll out second half of dough and place on top, pinching edges together. Beat egg white and brush over top, cut some slits on top to vent. Bake one hour to start, turn oven down to 325º the last ten minutes. Mix powdered sugar and water and drizzle over top.
