4 TBSP Sugar
1/2 tsp Mustard
1 1/2 TBSP Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 Cup Vinegar
1 Cup Water
4 Stalks Celery
2 Hard Boiled Egg
1 Can of Kidney beans, strained and rinsed
4 Sweet Pickles, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, mix together the sugar, mustard, flour and salt. Add beaten egg, vinegar and water. Cook and stir until thick and add kidney beans, hard boiled eggs, celery and sweet pickles.

Chill in refrigerator until cold, stir and serve.
