1. 4-5 medium potatoes
2. 1 can cubed tomatoes
3. 1 bag bacon bits
4. 1 lb. lentils
5. at least 8 of broth, pending if you want it "STEW like-thicker" or "SOUP like-thinner". You can use any type of broth (not chicken), suggested to use vegetable broth.
6. 4 polish sausages
7. "Slap ya mama" hot sauce - tobasco sauce (optional, but suggested)
8. Salt & Pepper, to taste

1. Add bacon bits to a large pot (cooked for 1-2 minute).

2. Add the can of cubed tomatoes and lentils.

3. Heat broth in a separate pot.

4. Peel & cube potatoes.

5. Add broth into large pot & season mixture (with salt & pepper, to taste) and if you want it spicy, add some hot sauce as well, and then add potatoes. Mix well.

6. Slice sausage and add to pot.

7. Cook on low (covered) for 15 minutes or until potatoes are done.

8. Add hot sauce, as desired
