2 English cucumbers - I prefer English, less seed - sliced 1/4" thick
1/3 c green onion sliced
Mix together

Cream together
1/2 c sour cream or plain yogurt
3 Tbsp mayonnaise
1/4 c dill - dried or fresh
3 Tbsp white vinegar
1/2 Tbsp sugar
S&P to taste

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour to set.
