Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/4c brown sugar
2 tbsp chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 racks of baby back ribs
1c low-sodium chicken broth
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1c barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brown sugar, chili powder, salt, pepper, oregano, cayenne, garlic and onion powders in a small bowl and rub mixture on meat side of ribs. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 250º. In a roasting pan, combine the broth and vinegar. Add the ribs over the pan (I like to put the ribs on a wire rack and not in the liquid). Cover with foil and tightly seal. Bake for 2 hours. Remove the ribs from the pan and place them on a platter. Pour the liquid from the pan into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Lower the heat to a simmer and cook until reduced by half. Add the barbecue sauce.
Preheat an outdoor grill to medium high. Slather the ribs with the combined bbq sauce. Put the ribs on the grill and cook about 5 minutes on each side, until browned and slightly charred. Cut the ribs between the bones. Serve hot.

These ribs are so easy! Yes there is a bit of prep time and cooking but really so easy and they always come out so yummy!
