Bottom Crust

1½ c. flour
1 tsp. sugar
½ tsp. salt (or less)
½ c. cooking oil
2 tbl. milk

In a small bowl, mix together and pat into a 9" pie pan. (No rolling.)
 

Filling

2½+ lbs. apples, like Pippin, Muzu or Granny Smith, thinly sliced
¼ c. sugar (adjust to taste & tartness of apples)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbl. flour

In a small bowl, mix together and pour on top of bottom crust.
 

Top Crust

¾ c. flour
¼ c. sugar
⅓ c. butter, melted

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a small bowl, mix together and crumble over the top of the apple filling. Bake for about 1 hour, or until the apples are soft when tested with a knife.

This is super easy! No rolling and you don't have to cut butter into the crust! Surprisingly good.
