Bok Choy Salad

10 Packages Oriental Flavored Ramen Noodles
1/2 Cup Vinegar
1/2 Cup Canola Oil
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Head of Cabbage
5 Stalks Celery
2 Large Bok Choy
2 bunches Scallions
6 oz. Sliced Almonds
1/4 Cup Sesame Seeds

Separate the noodles and flavor packets. Dump the flavor packets in a quart mason jar, add sugar with the same amount of dry as the flavor packet, add ½ cup oil, add ½ cup of white vinegar or more to taste, shake vigorously! Put Noodles and almonds on a sheet pan and roast carefully in the oven until golden brown. 400 degrees or use Broil and watch carefully. Toast the sesame seeds in a frying pan on med to low heat until golden brown watch carefully. Put dressing on cut up Bok Choy, Cabbage, scallions and celery. Last add crunchies-noodles, toasted sesame seeds, toasted almonds and enjoy!

Don't dress the salad until ready to eat. Wash all vegetables, dry in salad spinner. Slice cabbage thin like cole slaw, Slice Bok Choy a bigger than cabbage, slice celery on the diagonal, slice scallions.
