3 sticks butter
3 cups sugar
3 beaten eggs
3 cups mashed banana (about 6 bananas)
3 tsp. baking soda
2 cups buttermilk (small 1 pt. buttermilk size container is perfect)
6 cups flour
¾ tsp. salt
1 cup nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In one bowl, cream butter and sugar together. Add in beaten eggs and bananas. In separate bowl (very large), mix together baking soda and buttermilk. Into the buttermilk mixture, add in salt, flour, and first bowl of mixed ingredients. Mix everything together. Pour into 3 prepared bread pans, bake at 350º for about 45 minutes.
