Bisquick Sour Cream Coffee Cake

1 cup Sour Cream
1 cup sugar
2/3 Cup Bisquick
2/3 Cup Original Bisquick
2/3 Cup Butter Softened
2 Eggs
1 Tsp. Cinnamon

Streusel Topping
2/3 Cup Bisquick
2/3 Cup Brown Sugar. Packed
4 Tbl. Butter, softened
½ Tsp. Cinnamon

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
2. In a large bowl mix the sour cream, Bisquick, butter, eggs, and cinnamon. Pour into a greased 9X11 Pan.
3. Streusel Topping-In a medium bowl mix the Bisquick, Brown sugar, butter and cinnamon with a hand mixer. It should have a crumbly consistency.
4. Pour half of the Streusel over the cake. Using a knife swirl the topping into the cake mixture.
5. Add the remainder of the Streusel on evenly on top of the cake.
6. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean in the middle.
7. Allow to cool 10 minutes before slicing.
