Marinade: 6 tbsp. honey, 5 tbsp. lime juice, 1 tbsp. chili powder, ½ tsp. garlic powder, 3 chicken breasts (cooked and shredded)

Enchiladas: 16 oz. can green enchilada sauce, 10 tortillas, 2 cups shredded cheese, 1 cup heavy cream

Marinate chicken for at least 30 min. Preheat oven to 350º. Pour ½ cup enchilada sauce in 9x13 pan. Fill tortillas and roll them. Mix remaining sauce with cream, pour on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 30 min.

I like to add black beans too! 1 can, drained and marinate with the chicken.
