1 c. Butter, softened
1 c. Vegetable Oil
1 c. Granulated Sugar
1 c. Powdered Sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
4 c. Flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar, butter and oil. Add vanilla and eggs. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Roll into balls and flatten with bottom of a glass dipped in sugar each time. Bake at 350º on greased pan until light brown. DO NOT OVER BAKE!
