2 cups chocolate chips
2 ½ cup flour
¾ cup butter
1 ½ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons water
1 ¼ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
3 boxes of Andes mints

Directions:
Directions:
-Preheat oven to 350º
-In sauce pan over low heat, melt butter
-Add sugar and water. Mix well
-Add chocolate chips and stir until almost melted
-Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes
-Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each one
-Add dry ingredients; mix well until all blended
-Chill dough for at least 1 hour
-Roll into balls and place on lightly greased cookie sheet
-Bake 8-9 minutes and remove from oven
-While still hot, place and Andes mint on each cookie
-Allow mint to melt and then swirl mint with spoon over cookie
-Cool on baking rack
