Fresh lemon juice-about 1/2 cup
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 egg yolks-reserve white for meringue
1/4 - 1/2 cup sugar, per taste
1 baked or store-bought pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the condensed milk, egg yolks, & lemon juice, beat well.
Pour mixture into pie shell and refrigerate.
For the meringue, beat the egg whites adding about 1/4 cup of sugar sparingly along the way until it forms stiff peaks then spread evenly over the pie
Place the pie under the broiler briefly to brown the meringue
